IF YOUR GYMNAST IS SICK, WE OFFER 2 MAKEUPS PER MONTH. WE WANT TO TAKE ALL PRECAUTIONS FOR OUR GYM TO HAVE A HEALTHY GYMNAST AND COACHES.
UPDATES ARE REALLY IMPORTANT IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY - BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND UPDATE ANY CHANGES, SUBMIT ANY CHANGES TO
*Due to severe allergies, our gym has a special request. NO peanuts or peanut products are permitted in the parent sitting area or inside the gym.
*Please clean up after your children in the waiting room, we want to keep the gym as clean as we can, and your participation will greatly be appreciated.
* We ask you to please remind your children that the restroom is not for playing. If the restroom needs attending, please let the front desk know and we will attend to it as soon as we can.
*Our bulletin boards are located in the window pane near the front door and in the restroom. Please take a moment to read all the information to know what is going on throughout throughout the months.

PARENT & ME
This class provides a casual environment for young, beginning gymnasts. This class is a great opportunity for children to develop motor skills, listening skills, and social skills. It is also a fun opportunity to give your kids a safe outlet for all their energy, as well as fun bonding time with your child. In addition to learning the basics of gymnastics, the kids are then given the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a fun , safe obstacle course created by the coach.
ONE OF THE ONLY PROGRAMS TO OFFER A NON-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM. GREAT FOR KIDS WANTING TO LEARN HIGHER LEVELS OF GYMNASTICS WITHOUT THE PRESSURE OF A COMPETITIVE TEAM.
- COMPETITVE TEAM OFFERS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW OFF EACH CHILD'S ROUTINES IN A FUN ENVIRONMENT. WE CURRENTLY COMPETE WITH AAU AND USAG TEAM.
The preschool class is for beginning gymnasts with more developed listening skills. This class introduces beginning gymnastics steps at a slow pace and in a more social environment for the young gymnasts to interact with each other as they learn.
This is a beginning class for older kids with more developed listening skills. This class moves at a quicker pace than the preschool classes and includes the basic steps with a variety of ways - beams, bars, floor, and so much more! Beginners in this class will also be interacting with more advanced students, encouraging hard work and the benefits of practice and determination.
This class is for students with some previous gymnastics experience. Students in this class move past the basics and will be introduced to more difficult steps that will give them the option to become a competitive gymnast.
The team class is an opportunity for gymnasts to advance even further and learn more skills. This class introduces kids to routines, competetive gymnastics and working together as a team to achieve their goals. They are encouraged to apply the techniques and tricks they have learned in their other classes and show off their skills! Competing is optional as each student has the choice to attend meets and compete with their routines or to learn them just for fun. All sudents in this class are given the chance to learn new things and expand their talent alongside their fellow teammates!

ADULT CLASS (POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)
Our adult class consists of 60% body conditioning and 40% gymnastics The conditioning requires you to use your own body weight to build strength and balance . Holding positions and repeated movement of your body will build and strengthen muscles you thought you did not have. Also, stretching, stretching and more stretching is a vital element for fitness and movement. The gymnastics portion of the class will include but not limited to handstands , cartwheels , round-offs , backhand springs and other gymnastics fundamentals . We work you from basic gymnastics to more exciting , fun tumbling .
